About Aquatherapy
Aquatherapy is an independently owned family run company, formed in 2002 by locally respected plumbing and heating engineer Dave Phillips and bathroom designer/retailer Jamie Emmerson.
The company was originally formed when directors Jamie and Dave realised the lack of quality showrooms where customers could go and physically view bathroom products in situation.
When setting up our first showroom in Lakeside we were very keen to try and create a very different environment to other showrooms we had seen, we wanted to create a ambiance where the customer could come in and look for their new bathroom, in professionally lit displays giving the customers as many ideas and options as possible, so we set about displaying the suites with a full range of tiles, cabinets and accessories. 
As interest grew and the company and it’s client base expanded we realised the massive change going on within the bathroom industry as most major designers and manufacturers had spent so long concentrating on saturating the kitchen market with new products and ideas many of the more renowned designers had moved to coming up with new and exciting ideas for the bathroom. Conran and partners, Phillip Stark and FA Porsche to mention just a few were now being contracted to come up with innovative designs and ideas by leading bathroom manufacturers such as Villeroy & Boch and Grohe.
Recognising these new and exciting developments we decided to streamline our product portfolio and seek out the very best manufacturers and products on the market, both enabling us not only to offer the best but also guaranteeing that we get the best possible level of before and after sales service from our chosen manufacturers and distributors.
By putting in place a product portfolio that now includes Villeroy & Boch, Kohler-Daryl, Sottini, Bisque, Keuco, Ambiance Bain and selected others we were happy that we had achieved this.
At the beginning of this year Aquatherapy embarked on a project that would eventually result in the completion of there new showroom that is being haled within the industry as probably the most unique and certainly one of the finest showrooms in the country.
We were approached by local developer Wayne Lloyd who told us he was looking to buy the Former Emanuel Methodist Church in Redditch due to its unique and beautiful architecture, after just one visit we instantly fell in love with the building and realised that together with Lloyds Properties we could do something truly unique and exceptional.
Aquatherapy officially opened the doors to its new showroom to an invited audience of former clients, developers, architects and potential customers on the 12th November 2005. The response we got was truly overwhelming and the sense of satisfaction and achievement was only matched by the comments and feedback we received.
Aquatherapy are open to retail and trade customers offering supply only or supply and fit package, all Aquatherapy installations are undertaken by Aquatherapy themselves with no outside contractors used, we also offer state of the art computer aided designs.
